This is the shape of every estimate we hand over: each section of the works, every pipe and fitting, the structures, the preliminaries — quantity, rate and amount, adding up to a total you can trace back to the drawing.

Client-side project management is the other half of what we do. If you are a developer, a builder, a council or a landowner with a water or sewer project on your hands, you can hand it to a project manager who has built this kind of work and knows the Sydney Water process inside out — the approvals, the people, the order things have to happen in.
We act for you, not for the contractor: we set the programme, keep the consultants, the Water Servicing Coordinator and the authority moving, check the claims, and bring the job to a clean handover.
